Why does the vaccum sealer keep working and cannot stop?

Please do not put any vacuum bags in the sealingmachine, just close the lid with both hands properly, then pressthe 【VAC SEAL】button. lf the vaccum sealer stops automatically after working for about 20s, the vaccum sealer is nomal.

Please follow the guidance and try again.

Use textured bags without holes or puncture for Vacuum.
Make sure the lid is closed properyand hear two clicks.
Make sure the open end ofthe bagis propery placed in the vacuum chamber.
Check the sealing seam on the bag, if there's wrinkle, moisture or liquid, cut the edge, wipe it away.then re-sealit.
Check whether the foam sealing gasketis defomed ordamaged.

Why is it only vacuuming but not sealing?

Take a new, clean airtight bag, place the empty bag on the heating line, close the lid with both hands properly, then press the 【Seal】button.
If the empty bag could be sealed nomally, please make sure there is no wateror moisture in the unsealed bag openning,then try to seal again.

How can I remove air from the bag without letting the air back in?

Take a new, clean sealing bag and place the open end ofthe empty bag inside the vacuum chamber, then press the 【VAC SEAL】or【DRY/MOIST VAC& SEAL】 button.lf the air is successfully extracted from the bag and does not re-enter, the sealer is functioning correctly.

Please follow the instructions and try again.

Inspect the bag for any holes or punctures. lt may have been pierced by sharp objects. lf so, use a new bag.
Check the sealing seam. Any wrinkles in the sealing seam may cause air to re-enter. lf so, simply trim the sealing edge and reseal.
lf there is moisture or liquid at the opening end, cut the bag open and wipe it clean. Then, select the 【MOIST FOOD】or 【MOIST VAC& SEAL 】BUTTON and reseal.
lf the food has been stored for an extended period and the bag is filled with gas, it may have spoiled.lt is advisable to discard it.

Why does nothing happen when the power cord is plugged into the device?

Please troubleshoot according to the following.

Make sure the power cord is not damaged.
Make sure the power cord is properly plugged into the power outlet and the device.

How to seal food such as seafood?

The bag seal should be as far away from the ingredients as possible, use the pumping mode, and pump it once and for all.
When you see that there is water running to the sealing line, stop pumping, and finally press SEAL to seal.
